Hi Iā€™m Lorna and I am a fully qualified nutritional therapist after studying at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

My health journey initially began during my time at university where I first studied law. I was experiencing anxiety, digestive issues and acne to name a few. I became interested in how food would be able to improve my symptoms. Initially there was improvement however I only had half the picture. After I had completed my law degree I decided that my true journey was with nutrition. During my time I suffered with hormonal imbalances which led to persistent cystic acne, menstrual loss, fatigue and hair loss. Through my studies I was able to clear my skin, regain my period after a year of amenorrhea and grow back my thinning hair. All this was achieved without prescription medication.

I am a firm believer in using food as medicine to improve health and bring balance within the body. Being able to work with the body rather than suppressing it is very important. I work with clients using a holistic approach by looking at the whole person rather than the symptom. Identifying the root cause of the problem and helping the body to work as an interconnected system.
