Frequently Asked Questions

  • The initial consultation is a 60 minute 1-1 meeting via video conferencing. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your concerns and goals; gather information from your birth all the way through to present day. 2-3 days after the intial, you will then be sent the personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan.

  • The number of consultations will vary depending on symptoms, nutritional needs and personal goals. For more complex cases, more consultations will be required. This is so we can assess how you are coping with the plan and to make necessary changes where appropriate.

  • After the initial consultation, you will receive a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan which may include supplements or functional testing. We will assess the plan during the follow up meeting to see how you are finding it and make any neccessary changes.

  • Supplements may be recommended depending on health and dietary assessment. Functional testing such has blood, urine, stool or saliva may also be required to assist with further investigations if necessary.

  • All consultations are private and confidential. Your private information will not be shared with anyone without your permission. In some cases where a GP referral letter is given, it may be necessary to share some information. This will be discussed after the initial consultation if necessary.

  • Yes, you can book a consultation for your child as long as a parental guardian is present at all times during the meeting.
